How Mahziyar Marketing collects, uses and looks after the information you share with us — through this website, on WhatsApp, over the phone, or at our office.
1. Who we are
Mahziyar Marketing (also trading as Mahziyar Real Estate Marketing, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a real estate marketing firm operating in the Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan.
Our office is at Office #113, First Floor, Benazir Plaza, Jinnah Avenue, Block H, G-7/2 Blue Area, Islamabad 44000. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us — through the enquiry form on this website, on WhatsApp, by phone, or by visiting the office — you may give us your name, phone number, the project or property type you are interested in, your budget range, and anything else you choose to tell us about what you are looking for.
You decide what to share. We only ask for what we need in order to answer your enquiry properly.
Information collected automatically
This website is a static page with no database and no login. It does not create an account for you or store anything on your device beyond what your browser normally caches.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — the requesting IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time — which are used to keep the site available and secure and to diagnose faults. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To share payment plans, availability, pricing and project details that match what you asked for.
- To arrange site visits and meetings.
- To carry out and follow up on a booking, transfer or other transaction you have asked us to handle.
- To keep our records of dealings with clients, and to meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send bulk marketing messages to people who have not contacted us.
4. WhatsApp and Meta
WhatsApp is our main way of dealing with enquiries. Several buttons on this site open a WhatsApp chat with us, and the enquiry form works by assembling your answers into a message.
The enquiry form does not send anything to us on its own. It builds a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp with that message ready. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp, and the details you entered are not transmitted to this website or stored on any server of ours.
Once you send a message, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, which is a Meta service. Meta handles that message according to its own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you are welcome to call us or come to the office instead.
5. Other services we use
- Web hosting. The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps the server logs described above.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces used on this page are loaded from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads. Google’s handling of that is covered by its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps. Our address links to Google Maps. You are only taken there, and only share information with Google Maps, if you choose to tap the link.
- Social media. Links to our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn profiles are plain links. There are no social tracking pixels or embedded widgets on this site, so those platforms are not told that you visited this page.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Where a transaction has taken place, we keep the related records for as long as we are required to for legal, tax and audit purposes.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
9. Your choices
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your details from our records.
- Tell us to stop contacting you. Simply replying STOP on WhatsApp is enough.
Just message or call the numbers below and tell us what you would like. We do not charge for this.
10. Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because the site holds no database and stores no submissions, there is no pool of visitor data on it to breach.
Enquiry details we receive on WhatsApp or by phone are kept on our own business devices and accounts, and access is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
11. Children
Our services are aimed at adults who are able to enter into a property transaction. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change or as the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page.
